Want more sausage? A pig does not naturally provide a large amount of trim. You may elect to grind the ham, the shoulder, or both to increase the amount available for sausage or ground pork.

Ground Pork & Sausage

Sausage links require a minimum of 15 pounds per flavor. Bulk sausage does not require the 15-pound link minimum. There is usually only enough natural trim for a limited amount of sausage. If you want more, choose to grind the ham, shoulder, or both in the sections above. Garlic & Cheese and Bratwurst are offered as links only.
